Robert O’Hara is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in nonprofit management, healthcare governance, and education oversight. A proud graduate of Youngstown State University’s Williamson School of Business, Robert has dedicated his career to community service and institutional leadership.

For more than 30 years, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ohio Valley YMCA, where he played a pivotal role in expanding programs, fostering community partnerships, and driving organizational growth.

In addition to his work in the nonprofit sector, Robert has over 20 years of experience in healthcare governance as a long-standing board member of East Liverpool City Hospital, where he contributed to strategic planning and oversight initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes.

Robert is also deeply committed to education. He has served for more than two decades as a board member of the Buckeye Online School for Success, supporting the development of innovative learning models and ensuring access to quality education for students across Ohio.
